Saint Francis Healthcare Partners
Saint Francis Healthcare Partners teamed up with Ryan Marketing to update an outdated and disconnected brand. As a network of independent healthcare practitioners, Saint Francis Healthcare Partners serves as a vehicle through which the clinical and related economic interests of patients, providers, and payers become aligned. Many of their own physician members were not fully aware of the benefits of the many services that Saint Francis Healthcare Partners provides their physician members. Not only was there a need to attract new physicians and practices, but there was a need to get their current membership more engaged and become advocates of Saint Francis Healthcare Partners. Ryan Marketing created a new look and feel for the SFHCP brand which lead to the development of a new user-friendly website that was easy to navigate on any device. Ryan Marketing was also tasked to develop an easy to use member web portal for physicians to access confidential information and continue to strengthen the in-network relationships, further supporting the goal of shared savings. Ryan Marketing works with SFHCP on a monthly basis to develop and execute marketing and media strategies to meet their goals and objectives.
ProHealth Physicians recognized they were missing a major opportunity when it came to their social media presence. With over 124 locations state-wide, ProHealth Physicians is one of Connecticut’s leading primary care physician organizations. The organization is made up of primary care physicians, specialists, and urgent care facilities. ProHealth Physicians required a consistent voice and tone to communicate with over 360,000 patients, as well as build brand awareness with potential new patients, while also recruiting physicians and new practices. Ryan Marketing jumped in to develop a successful social media strategy to accomplish their needs, while establishing ProHealth Physicians as the industry experts. Ryan Marketing continues to manage their social media presence by creating original content, developing organic and paid-for campaigns, designing compelling graphics, continue to drive web traffic, increase engagement and reach, and consistently elevate ProHealth Physicians as the leader for internal medicine and urgent care.
