Pat founded the company in 1996, with a simple mission – deliver creative excellence to achieve great results. We strive to position our clients in the most positive light – to make their products, services or issues well known and well thought of among their target audiences.
Lindsay Ryan Jensen Owner
Reliability, creativity and professionalism are the foundation of our business. I believe details matter from beginning to completion while working with my clients to develop an integrated marketing strategy to fit their business needs, objectives and budget.
Ben Roberts Creative Director
The temptation to find a better way to send a clear message is never far away, and I often find myself rewinding commercials, and commenting about the kerning on a menu. Design is all around and I am fascinated by the new, and intrigued by the past.
Jen Bell Senior Account Executive
Jen came to Ryan after selling advertising at the Hartford Business Journal for 3 years. She joined RM in 2000, where she has worked on projects for clients such as, All Gas, KBE Construction, DATTCO Transportation, Mohegan Sun, Danaher, United Steel, Carla’s Pasta and Viking Construction.
Steven Gentile Art Director
Steven has a keen eye for graphic design. Whether it is an ad for a magazine or a layout for your website design, Steve will use his planning and analytical thought process to create a design that will be functional and make an impact. Oh—and he’s a HUGE Yankee Fan. Go Yanks!
Justine Koester-Hoben Senior Account Executive
Justine is more than just your average Senior Account Executive. She has a knack for knowing what to say and when to say it, both on and offline. Her experience managing accounts, their annual strategies, and the clients themselves have helped grow Ryan Marketing by fostering long-lasting relationships. When Justine isn’t behind her laptop, you can catch her snapping photos of the team, our clients, or just for fun!
Kaitie Zipp Graphic Designer
Zipp joined Ryan Marketing after years of freelancing and enjoys being part of a team that is dedicated to the success of their clients. Her favorite part of being a Graphic Designer is helping clients look visually spectacular and express their own personality.
Katie Lucca Account Executive
Katie’s clients can rely on her and her playful personality to always come up with engaging campaigns and strategies. Her clients know her to be positive, consistent, and always approaching them with new ideas. Katie is always one step ahead, too - her life as a mom to 3 cats, a dog, a hamster, a gerbil, AND two kids has prepared her to be ready for anything.
Sydney Szekretar Project Manager
Sydney is a Project Manager with previous experience in the Marketing, PR, and Social Media fields. She’s detail-oriented and stays as organized as possible, especially when things get hectic. Her days consist of social media management, keeping projects on track, and trying to anticipate her clients’ next ask.
Meghan Rich Comptroller
Meghan’s role as Bookkeeper includes working closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.
