Reliability, creativity and professionalism are the foundation of our business. I believe details matter from beginning to completion while working with my clients to develop an integrated marketing strategy to fit their business needs, objectives and budget.
Ben Roberts Creative Director
The temptation to find a better way to send a clear message is never far away, and I often find myself rewinding commercials, and commenting about the kerning on a menu. Design is all around and I am fascinated by the new, and intrigued by the past.
Steven Gentile Art Director
Steven has a keen eye for design. Whether it is an ad for a magazine or a layout for your website design, Steve will use his planning and analytical thought process to create a design that will be functional and make an impact. Oh—and he’s a HUGE Yankees Fan. Go Yanks!
Justine Koester-Hoben Account Services Manager
Justine has a knack for knowing what to say and when to say it, both on and offline. Her experience managing accounts, their annual strategies, and the clients themselves have helped grow Ryan Marketing by fostering long-lasting relationships. When Justine isn’t behind her laptop, you can catch her snapping photos of the team, our clients, or just for fun!
Caroline Henry Account Operations Manager
Caroline is a seasoned Accounts veteran with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. She excels with structure, organization and strategy all while keeping clients engaged, invigorated, and excited for what is next.
Kaitie Zipp Graphic Designer
Zipp joined Ryan Marketing after years of freelancing and enjoys being part of a team that is dedicated to the success of their clients. She loves helping her clients look visually spectacular and express their own personality. In her free time she enjoys getting out and about with her rescue dog, Berry.
Jess Glynn Account Executive
Jess is a dedicated Account Executive with over a decade of agency experience. She enjoys meeting business challenges with creative solutions and interacting with clients. In her free time if the weather is nice she is on her deck reading.
Lauren Barnes Jr. Graphic Designer
Lauren has experience creating graphics and websites that produce results. She challenges herself to think outside of the box while refining designs to be perfect. When she's not working, you can find her crossing her fingers at a Jets game, snuggling her cats, or roasting hotdogs at a campfire.
Mikaela Gaudet Account Coordinator
Mikaela is an Account Coordinator with a background in the marketing and advertising industry. She is well versed in building brands and has experience creating customer-driven marketing campaigns. In her free time, she likes to get outside and explore new places.
Lorenzo Perez Account Coordinator
Lorenzo is an Account Coordinator who knows a thing or two about fostering engagement on social media. With a background in sweepstakes, he's ready to dive into any contest creation! When he's not making checklists and keeping client accounts running smoothly, you can find him at the gym getting his pump on.
Meghan Rich Comptroller
Meghan’s role as Comptroller includes working closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.
