For 80+ years Avon Plumbing and Heating has offered a multitude of products and services to their customers. For one, they excel at updating and modernizing kitchens and bathrooms. Ryan Marketing has done a variety of projects for Avon Plumbing and Heating over the years, starting with their logo redesign in 2012. Much like the glorious pastel-colored bathtubs of the good old days, it was time for a little ‘out with the old, and in with the new.’
After laying the foundation with an updated logo and brand standards, Ryan Marketing set to work on framing a variety of projects. (OK, enough with the construction references.) We quickly realized that our client offered WAY more than plumbing and heating, and we had a lot to showcase. Let’s start with the showroom: In-store signage, premiums, and sales materials greet customers when they come through the door. But how did they get here?

The website structure needed to make sense so that customers could quickly find what they were looking for. The navigation needed to be easy to access— and the visuals? When your products are beautiful, that’s the easy part. End result: A clean, well-planned site that inspires trust and communicates confidence—and it shows off the variety of products and services offered. Everything but the kitchen sink (including the kitchen sink, of course).
Prioritize—we identified the most profitable silos in the business and established goals to generate revenue. Proficiency – we honed our messages, and we continue to sculpt them. Positioning—we strategically put messages in front of an appropriate audience REPEATEDLY. And we still do. You know, “if you build it, they will come”.
